CO-OP Shared Branch Network

It is now easier than ever to do business with UDBell without making a trip to the office. UDBell FCU is a part of the CO-OP Shared Branch network. As a UDBell member you have the ability to do deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and inquiries on your accounts at over 5,000 branches nationwide. In order to access your account you will need to provide the following information at the shared branch:

• Our credit union name
• Your account number
• A valid government issued ID
• Last four digits of your Social Security number
• Your Address
• Signature

To provide even more access, Shared Branching is pleased to offer CU Service Center Call Center. The Call Center is available to our members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Through a Call Center Representative, you may obtain balance information, perform transfers between accounts with your credit union and make loan payment transfers. ATM OPERATOR/NETWORK FEES – When you use an ATM, the ATM operator or network may charge you a fee (and you may be charged a fee for a balance inquiry even if you do not complete the fund transfer). These fees may be imposed on balance inquiries, withdraws, or fund transfers. These are not UDBell fees.
